Some time ago I had a very bad few moments trying to reach a completely inaccessible note before realizing that the clef had changed from treble to bass. (I think it was a Rutter piece.)

I then went to the box office and gave them my booking number, and they printed off an actual physical ticket for me. I'm not entirely anti-tech, but this could have been avoided by just emailing me the QR code like every other venue in the city does 😅

Am I just old and grumpy, or does anyone else hate venues that make you use an app to access tickets for their events? Tonight I arrived at a venue to discover the app was saying it couldn't find any tickets (despite them being there 2 days ago when I checked) Just email me the bloody ticket FFS 🤨😒😴
