Abolishing the filibuster right now would make the country MORE fascist, not less. It is just about the only tool we have to limit the excesses of MAGA that is actually working at the moment. Is there a logic to this I am not understanding?

Then it would editorializing. Maybe “Death of man at ICE camp possible homicide” but I take your point. This needs to stop. Overstaying your visa or being undocumented is a misdemeanor with an administrative remedy. No one should be thrown in a camp for this.
