Still hard disagree. If it were a cis woman accusing a man of rape, I'd expect the same. Even if proven false, mud sticks. In my opinion, false rape allegations should be taken as seriously as actual rape.
Show PostSorry, hard disagree. She had a good chance of ruining those people's lives. Its only a wonder that none of them committed suicide. Being trans, cis, straight or queer, false rape allegations are absolutely no joke.

She is a repeat offender, previously convicted of robbery while threatening the victim with a knife and allowed mitigations on appeal.
Show PostShe isn't the victim here, the men she knowingly falsely accused of rape are. She is the reason actual survivors might be discouraged, her sentencing reflects the seriousness of what she has done.
