The Shanice that debuted on the show is not the same character that we have now. She was in no way insecure, and refused to be sloppy seconds when Derek was hanging around. Why the show always has to neuter complex and intelligent women (see Dani/Kat) for their male SO is 😒 #BTG #BeyondTheGates

This show really pushed the Duprees aside for Leslie, Eva and Barbara. SMH. #BeyondTheGates #BTG

We don’t care about Barbara. Having everyone bow down to Leslie is obnoxious and unnecessary. The show’s obsession with Barbara and Leslie needs to stop! #BeyondTheGates #BTG

Not too long before they make Leslie the lead of the Articulettes. #BeyondTheGates #BTG

Eva dissing Kat over advantages is PURE hypocrisy. 🙄 She only got "behind the gates" because of Mona, her rich dad, & a suddenly rich mama. But she acts self-made? Please. The neck rolling at "her man" is so extra & disrespectful—and I don’t even like Isaiah with a Z. 😒 #BeyondTheGates #BTG
