and while Israeli textbooks write about them being united to help the Palestinian cause, when you read actual books on the matter you learn that the Arab states actually used the Palestinian cause as a justification for their own selfish reasons (eg to stop the Jordanian empire from expanding)
Show PostThat's not the UN erasing a claim, that's Israel itself, at the negotiating table, agreeing the territorial question stayed open.
