1. Investigation found it was a Clostridium septicum infection, *maybe* exacerbated by Myocarditis - being an extremely rare side effect you're warned about beforehand. 2. One instance is not the evidence you think it is. Especially when it demonstrably saved a lot more than one person.

Finally, pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC... At the time this study was written, multiple billion people had been vaccinated and 38 deaths were found to be caused by it. Undoubtedly the number is larger, and I did find one from 2023, but it's only focused on Australia (14 in the whole country)
