Generating code faster hasn’t translated into completing more work. The bottleneck has moved to code reviews.

I don't disagree! But I'm not *starting* from somewhere a long way away from where most people are - I started pretty much exactly where you are, as @simonwillison.net and @harper.lol would confirm since I spent most of last year yelling at them about it and saying they needed to speak out.
