After all the years I've been playing this game I am convinced that most RP centric environments with the squeaky clean rules or a strict mindset of lore compliance are composed of people that think lore is the MSQ and all the thousands (yes thousands) of sidequests for enrichment just don't matter.

But yeah, sure, let's keep it about XIV's guidelines of T for Teen (even though it was pushed to a Mature rating in Japan 6 months ago) and act like the players™ are not just going off what the game itself establishes as lore for, lemme check notes, the roleplaying.

First dungeon is rescuing sex slaves, Costa del Sol with 3 of FATEs and world building about the safety of escorts, Lomisan sailor banter, Ul'dah with at least 6 sidequests about their dancers and the lore of both the Miner and Goldsmith guilds, and that's still around level 30 content. I can go on.
