I have seen evidence that members of the LAPD have- but I think the bigger issue is that she appointed a terrible chief that has no accountability- is way less transparent than Moore was- and has refused to correct course. She has also remained intentionally silent on the treatment of press.

the problem is Bass has done absolutely nothing to reign in LAPD misconduct during her term. LAPD misconduct liability payouts are literally bankrupting the city. why should we support a mayor who seems to be doing nothing while there’s evidence LAPD is assisting ICE?

LAPD is actively trying to shut down the No Kings rally in DTLA - harassing 50501 personnel, etc. Bass is nowhere to be found.
