Even worse I recently learned that Ai has been used to code migration tools for our different systems and in at least one case it didn't understand the differences in fields between the various systems and just mapped data based on similar-looking names, which was incorrect and led to bad data.

I also see the erosion of various standards (accessibility, usability, security, etc.) as every employee is handed these Ai tools and set loose to do whatever they want. I honestly don't know how it'll play out in the long-term but right now it's a shitshow.
