This makes me wonder if him giving me a discount of a few hundred cubic feet was even a real thing that’s still being honored. I wrote a letter to customer service yesterday and they’ve been ghosting me for 36 hours now.

Show PostA new tech came out today and found the spot for the cables. Turns out, no hole even needed drilling in the first place. The other two guys were just unobservent and we could have had internet this whole time. This move has been a comedy of errors…
Show PostBonus moving saga: We didn’t have internet until today because our ISP tech told us he couldn’t drill through our walls and suggested we hire an electrician, the electrician came four days later and said he couldn’t do it and to talk to my ISP.
