I’m very vocal about my mental health and how my BPD and depression stay kicking my ass but today I tried to push myself anyway and get up to do ANYTHING.. and then I remembered it’s actually okay to stay in bed. It’s okay to do nothing at all. I don’t HAVE to push myself if I don’t feel like it.
