Tô chorando. A gente tá perdendo o medo de existir!

I don't know if I ever talk about the newest third cat, Squid We adopted her last year after one of my daughter's friends got into some legal trouble with depression/drugs and was evicted. Squiddy had no place to go, so we were fostering her...which frequently becomes permanent She's a good girl ❤️

Not the kind of #Caturday post I want to make, but our Squid passed away overnight from diabetes complications It was a long road back to health from when we rescued her; multiple surgeries and medication She had a good second life for the last 2.5 years and we will miss her ❤️

Before this post gets too sad, just know that our family is doing okay. We've seen the end coming and her doctor had her on extra medication just in case she didn't make it through the week/weekend It's sad but she passed quietly while napping after a big meal.....I hope I'm that lucky
