My name is Jay Francis and l am 76 years old. Back in the first week of January 2023, l had a stroke which resulted in qualities of life changes: dysphasia of speech and mobility problems. I can’t speak clearly nor walk w/o a walker, hoping to get better.

3x a day feel the burn. I think it’s helping my thighs over my glutes though how do I get it more engaged? Weight? In these pulses I could feel the changes in muscle groups depending how low/high I was. That seems promising right? I have no idea.
