Deer are the biggest concern I have for the plant. This just means I have to plant more of them, situated where the deer tend not to pass.
Show Post4. Lambsquarters (Chenopodium album). This crop is often overlooked as a weed in vegetable gardens, but the leaves are highly edible. To harvest enough for meals, you may need to intentionally seed a patch.
