Further clarification: What happened to Swartz is wrong. What Altman is doing is wrong. The fact that the DOJ aggressively went after Swartz for an effectively victimless “crime” while ignoring actual theft by genAI companies is wrong. I am anti-corporate, pro-artist, pro-open access, pro-human.
