I think a good attitude to take is "it's not my job to educate you" and their beliefs will eventually be force-snapped to reality by claude lawyer-and-MD-professional in 2035 and they'll forget they ever believed anything else and then you work is kinda done, in the long term

I despise the cryptocurrency ecosystem for how willingly and uncritically large groups within it support scams. (See also: traditional finance, the AI bubble.) This here is one of the reasons I continue to work on Zcash despite the above: to provide best-in-class privacy for those who need it most.
