I've only lost 10 lbs in the last 3 months on semaglutide so I've definitely hit a plateau. 65 lbs down is nothing to sneeze at but I still have 40 to go, so I'm switching to Tirzepatide next month. I was advised by other #GLP1 users that it's the best way to break a plateau and shed the extra lbs.
