Another Canadian here. Out running, slipped on wet leaves, and fell: dislocated shoulder. Went to the Emergency Room. Got pain killers. Waited a few hours. Then heavily sedated before a doctor popped it back in. A friend drove me there and picked me up but had to pay for parking. Total bill: $8.

Oh my....I had surgery recently. Hospital in Canada. Paid nothing. The person who picked me up had to pay for parking tho. $3.50.
