OK so in order to avoid people trying to arrange an intervention - here it is, my new sensible daily driver. 2003 Toyota Crown Royal Saloon 3.0 Premium. See how sensible it is? Only problem is it’s in Kumamoto, Japan. Though it still has inspection until December 2027, technically I could drive it.

my first camper was a MK1 Transit 1.7 V4 sold it to a mate in the early 90s and he still has it, he restored it complete with electricity hook up
