I don’t mind editing my writing - that’s like sculpting, you have a sense of achievement. But writing the draft, that’s just horrible hard work, like being a miner, cramped in a tiny space, hacking away, just to produce a pile of rubble.

I swear uni admin actually don’t want faculty to do research or training, but instead spend their time filling in useless admin forms & waiting for approvals…. The admin creep is crazy and perplexing as there are also more admin hires…shouldn’t they be doing this work for faculty???
Show PostI have just finished "Our Brain,Our Selves", a Christmas gift. Thoroughly enjoyed it. A pleasing, very informative read. The compassion and insight you offer your patients shines through. The exploration of self and reminder of how swiftly we humans socially exclude others added greater depth.
