Strange to say while I am at the moment utterly limp and pretty bummed, but some part of my brain still left more energized and hopeful. Nothing in the world like being around such smart creative and good people. Hate that I couldn't be more present but starting to enjoy the videos between naps 3/3

posit::conf is just so special. Even in just one functional day - saw old friends, met new ones I know I’ll keep in touch with, heard serious people confront our moment hype-free and thoughtfully, actually got intrigued by some non-frivolous AI ideas, and remembered why we do/love this work 2/

Incredibly sad and sorry to have missed everyone at posit::conf with a mind bending migraine which apparently was the harbinger of whatever bug has me down and out atm🤒. Grateful to the undeserved kindness of organizers and immense creativity of the lightning speakers who filled the gap 1/
