Large websites will be safe because they either don’t use PHP or have a security team that will immediately patch the bugs. The vulnerable sites are old WordPress blogs, phpBB forums, etc. that haven’t been updated in years. Those will be found and turned into spam sites by bots.

One of the biggest vulnerabilities has been found in php allowing for remote code execution. It's the mother of all zero days. The patch won't be live until Thursday afternoon. So many systems won't update leaving so many systems vulnerable. arstechnica.com/security/202...

At current prices today, that's $150 per child in face value. But the value is locked in till the child turns 18. It's about $10 billion in face value but Musk could write off that entire donation and save billions in personal taxes. That's about 1% of his net worth. Pocket change for him.

Families can't refuse the donated stock and they can't sell it for 5 years. Seems about right for Elon to do this without consent and an inability for anyone to refuse.

Elon can't directly get a tax break but he can donate them to his personal foundation first, get the tax break, and then gift the shares. Even parents contributing to their own child's accounts can't get a tax break but Elon will save billions in taxes by doing this. It's obscene.
