If I had known what a difference an N95 and air purifier could make in my overall health, I would have used them before Covid. A respirator keeps me from getting sicker. An air purifier reduces allergies, dust and MCAS symptoms. We should want these tools in public spaces.

Talks about weight loss due to finally getting proper medical care. And someone says that I should have just put down the fork. When I had an eating disorder and struggled to eat enough. Which caused me to gain weight in the past. People can be so insensitive.
