RIGHT?! It almost looks as if the whole system is in fact just designed to punish the ‘wrong’ kind of providers who teach the ‘wrong’ kinds of student, in a ‘the purpose of the system is what is does’ kind of way 🤨

How well I explain the Greek system of tense and aspect (very well thanks for asking) has a lot less influence on completion rates than how many hours of part time work my students are or are not juggling, for example.

Indeed, a lot of those metrics are better proxies for your students’ economic/class background (completion rates, graduate employment statistics) than they are for anything that happens in the classroom.
