Based on Rebuild Local News’ model journalist employment credit framework, the bill would provide: ✅ $20K per journalist for up to five positions each year, plus $15K for each additional journalist ✅ $15K for new hires (stackable with the retention credits) ✅ $7.5K for part-time journalist roles
