When the 22nd of the month falls on a Saturday, it becomes a Tutu Day at @sunnyvalebaytrail.bsky.social! (Two two - 22nd; yes, it's a bit silly, but it's also surprising how many people own tutus!) I bring about 60 loaner tutus, and laundering them afterwards is a process.

5 folks got their barcodes scanned for the very first time, and 9 parkrunners snagged new personal bests. We were aided by 8 lovely volunteers. This Saturday is our annual Christmas in July parkrun. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Hope to see you there! 🎄
Show PostOn Saturday we held the 338th edition of Louisville’s favorite free weekly 5K. 49 runners & walkers joined us to splash around and we had tourists from the UK, South Africa & Australia. People come from all over the world to visit our little parkrun 🥹
Show PostThanks to everyone for coming out for the first romp in the swamp of July & our first ever event falling on the 4th of July. Our 42 runners and walkers were treated to a light breeze and some watermelon at the finish. 🍉
