CSI Charity ride is awesome. You just have to show and ride and everything else is done for you which I liked. I've done it a couple of times. I did not enjoy riding 40km into a howling westerly from Twizel to Tekapo one year tho...

I usually get 68kW or so all the way to 80%. Pit stops are usually 15-18 mins on the biking trips to Rotorua. Barely long enough for a coffee!
