I sort of ruined my hunger signaling with a 20 year romp through the e**ting d**order forrest. BUT. Currently I'm eating 3960 calories a day (most I've ever had on a diet), and it is NOT a struggle. I've always been self conscious about having a garbage appetite, so this feel like huge progress.
