Hi! My grandfather was a Jew born in Poland. I can assure you that I’m not legally Polish, as the government of Poland denied my application for citizenship, which I made on the basis of my grandfather’s citizenship. I’m glad I was able to clear up the confusion!

There’s no such thing as “biological Polishness,” and it’s actually bad that some left-wing anti-Zionists have talked themselves into “blood and soil nationalism, but leftishly.” You really can oppose the existence of the state of Israel in its current form without this nonsense.
