I think my ideal election result is a wave election where El-Sayed, Forstag, and other Dems that didn’t throw trans people under the bus win and then at least one of the big names who did loses… Acton, Turek, Kaptur. And WA ballot initiative failing.

Every so often, one of the new room mates looks at me like I'm a kicked kitten, and I wonder if I need more self-esteem or if I need to learn to advocate for myself better. I think I was self-effacing as an egg, and I'm struggling to learn not to feel guilty when I stand up for myself more now.
