Life passed in front of my eyes on the PCH today - car in front of me near San Simeon just stopped in the middle of the road. 40 MPH zone. Just stopped. Nothing. Then 10 seconds later turned on the turn signal and turned right. I might have laid on my horn for about 30 seconds.
