Forcing you to stay awake to argue because “don’t go to bed angry” til you’re so tired that you give in to their demands is abusive. Guilting/coercing your partner into having sex when they don’t want to is abusive. Violent displays of anger (punching/throwing things, driving dangerously) is abusive
