Agree, but the point whether or not he had a permit, instant death for having a gun is not OK. Permit or not. MAGA is attempting to use the HeWasNoAngel™ defense, and will continue to. He had a permit, so now it will be something else he "did". They never stop. He shouldn't have died, period.
