Yes, it's cross stitch. Doing this calmed my brain some. My brain is always too busy! I knitted simple things. Someone taught me to knit socks. Never crocheted very well. This stuff is all puzzles and dyslexics have trouble solving puzzles. Cross stitch isn't hard, so I could do it!

I like the home sweet home ones, too. They're done in wool, I think. I also like samplers which girls did long ago to learn how to sew. I copied two old ones in cross stitch. Wish I still had nice fingers also wish finger joints could b replaced like knees can🤣

Speaking of tunes, my new dishwasher is too uppity. If I'd known the little jingles it plays, I'd have gotten another model. It plays the most obnoxious tune when it finishes. The noise really upset my dog's fragile nerves at first. I tell the machine to shut up and it doesn't obey😠
