...and that "shudder" towards the end of the clip, wow! I imagine it's essentially a series of rapid shifts of both the cloud's shape & camera's angle, but is it random or algorithmic, like some kind of "quadratic eased overshooting" gradually coming to bear on a new target wxyz?
