I didn’t notice any changes until I’d been on T for around 6 months, like thicker hair growth! But some of the bigger changes, like facial hair, I didn’t see until after a year! I’ve always been doing injections though, so I can’t really speak on the gel

more leg hair after 6 months, more arm hair after a year. voice cracks started about six months in but unfortunately didn't Stop until around the 2 year mark. oddly enough, the Very first thing i noticed (about 1 month in) was that my Eyelashes got longer?? lol

for me there were small changes that started within the first months but it took at least a year to start seeing enough change for my dysphoria to be better it did help emotionally though i suggest you rotate the area you use the gel in because the alcohol dries it and it’s harder to grow hair there
