This Hate Crime Awareness Week, let's stand together against prejudice and division. No one should live in fear because of who they are. Together, we can send a clear message: hate has no place in the UK. @nationalhcaw.bsky.social

Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we remember all those who we have lost to transphobia. Trans young people are the most at risk of suicide and violent crime. Shamefully, hate crimes against trans people hit a record high in 2023, and we've continued to see hate spread since then. (1/2)

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance - a day to remember members of the trans community who have died or been killed because of who they are. Trans people in the UK are feeling uncertainty & fear. We must stand up for trans people & their right to live free from prejudice & hate.
