I have a list of my own policy & procedures for my token doctor. The best thing I've done to protect my overall health today & tomorrow too, with a fascist eugenicist govt, is not to tell doctors a damn thing and see them only once every 1-3 yrs, when the insurance company becomes hysterical.

They are one of the largest drivers of liver and kidney failure. I've had doctors try to push them for 50 yrs. But corporate counsel loves them. If you suffer side effects, your doctor won't be held legally responsible for substances he told you to take.

Thank you for the detail. I can contrast it with my muscular issues with myositis: inflammation and degeneration of muscle tissue. There are blood tests to identify the antibodies that target muscle cells. It targets muscles closest to the torso. 😣😣😣
