Checking the oscillators on both Elkom l3-3’s. The English export one is within spec and running perfectly. The Soviet one needed some calibration and may need more work (it reads GM/Slope more conservatively). Possible potentiometer issues or amplitude is off?

1975 elkom l3-3 oscillator has been recalibrated according to the manuals specs. R129 cleaned again and seems to work better now. Tester finally reads slope correctly
