I made my mom’s favourite soup. Coconut curry Squash & sweet potato with a splash of maple syrup. I haven’t made this soup since December 2024, the last time my mom requested it. It’s delicious, but made me cry. I miss my mom so much. In all the big ways, but even more in the small ways 😞
