One of the most important factors that lead people to dispute charges: companies make it impossible to connect with customer service to correct problems with orders. The only way to correct the problem is to dispute the charge. Companies are offloading that function to credit card companies.

by accepting that i did waste a lot of it and that i don't know what im doing and that this is how it is for essentially everyone. and then you die and/or the relationships and people and animals who matter to you disappear or die and so it goes!
