don't you WANT children to love reading? so that they can continue that love of reading books into adulthood? valuing children's books should be a given. i can show you board books that will make you weep! they have artistic value!

Show Postmy hot take is that i think it's a good thing that children's literature has made its way onto the top 100 books. i dont think it's "immature" or "juvenile" to value kidlit. adults who read all began life as children, hello??? The list also wasn't the top 100 adult books, it was the top 100 books
