I know, but additional depressions don´t make ME/CFS any more bearable, in the contrary.

I have ME/CFS, eventually it´s Post Vac (more infos in my pinned post), but I´m a positive person, have always been, so far I´m the only family member who never ever had any depressions. I simply take every day the way it comes. If one day I feel like poop the next day it can only be better. 👍👍👍
