The first seeds I’ve planted since 2020:not a fancy photo but a sign I’m recovering my breakdown. For several yrs I’ve been so unwell that I haven’t been able to see the point in the things I used to love. I thought I’d record it, because it may seem insignificant, but it’s a biggish thing for me:

There's a pod of dolphins in the loch at the moment. Too far away for any photos at the moment. I'll keep an eye out in case they come this far up the loch. Here's (a not very good one) I took on a previous dolphin visit:
