Couldn't agree more. Wharton on for Rice would have been ideal to help keep the ball, but Mainoo and Henderson went instead. When you leave such talent out of the squad you can't then make such horrendous tactical decisions. Messi spotted Spence had zero cover once we went to 5 at the back
