Yes, I booked flights to France for my son and his family of four. The Ryanair app would not let me select seats for the children next to their parents in any of the available free-tier seating.

Is that legit what they're doing? Or are they just charging to book specific seats. I dunno, I don't have kids, but I have been charged somewhat exorbitant fees to book a specific seat on a flight before now. Having said that, I don't tend to go near the likes of Ryanair, because they're arseholes 🤷
