Another $2.4 million in dark money — no idea where it’s coming from or who spent it — has been dumped into the campaign to back Colorado’s voter ID ballot measure, Amendment 84. That’s $6.6 million spent on this so far, and - as far as I or you can tell - not a penny of it is from Colorado.
