Thanks to everyone for your kind words. I read them all even though I didn't respond. Man I miss that fucking dog. For 12 years he was with me 24/7. I worked from home his entire life. So many extra hours spent together. I'm grateful for that

Losing a pet is hard but especially so if you're single and don't have other pets. This is a lot less hard than when I lost Nate Dogg and went home to an empty apartment. I have three other dogs and Portia. It helps a lot. I was absolutely lost when Nate passed. I was in a dark hole for a while.
