Yeah I get that some people are so phobic of them….. and many things. They’re pretty prevalent all over the H&I to be fair, with so many lochs and marshy ground, it’s a great environment for them. We get a lot where we stay in the summer, criss crossing the paths from the woods in the day.

lol love it, indeed one of the participants actually had a young Adder curled up around their tripod leg at Lochan na Crannaig. (Where shot below was made, not same time). It was early and was warming up. Management approval is indeed always very important, best not upset the better half 😉
